In Pai we decided to be active and spend our money on things, not just shit as we always do. The day of bamboo rafting and elephant riding was soo nice. We got up around ten, got coffee in the cold morning street and waited for our car. First stop the river. They had a few rafts and a few peoples building new ones. Our guide was quite old and didnt speak one word of english. He guided us gently down the shallow river on his sturdy raft. Very traquil and peaceful, just us and the river and the jungle.We crossed a few bridges, "duck or jump" but mostly it was very quiet, but a very nice. Then 4WD ride back to camp, very bumpy and not very quiet.

Then there was the time of the elephant. They had two, a big one and a small one, even thought the small elephant was quite big too. We said hello and gave they some trees...yum. Then we climed ontop and marched to the river. The elephant kept stopping for food, it really annoyed the guy but we just laughed....if you were that size you would know who's the boss. The river was muddy as always and we waded along for a while. Then came the deep end and the splashing begun. The ground guy told us to give him all our things, we were gonna get wet!!. And in we went. To the deep end where the elephant turned and threw us off her back...SPLASH!!! This was repeated a few times, its good fun having a water fight with a swimming elephant. She was wicked!!! Back to camp and our adventures were over for that day. But man, what a day!!

Bon maintenant on commence les chose serieuses lol a Pai nous avons decider detre actif et de ne pas depencer notre money dans le Shoping, Alcool et autre "shit like thats, mais plutot a faire des chose interessante. se jour la nous avons booker un tour a descendre la riviere en radeau banboo le matin, s'etait tres sympa, calme et relax, avec notre guide, assez ageer et malheuresement il ne parlais pas un mot d'anglais, mais il etait tres gentil....

apres 2h30 de banboo rafting,  retour dans le 4x4 pour aller direction les Elephants; Magnifique elephants; pour la premierre fois de ma vie j'ai fais enfin plutot on a fais un tour en elephant. WICKED!!! tout doucement sur cette inpossant animal a traver la Jungle, puios apres dans la rivierre... apres un petit temps a descendre la rivierre en elephant, un des homme qui suivait l'elephant, nous demanda de lui passer camera, sac, portable et autre... apres ceci notre magniphique elephant samusa a nous renversser, en se couchant completement dans la rivierre; tres sympa, bon apres sa on etait un peu mouiller mais c'etait marrant... notre petit tour en elephant dura a peu pres 3h, apres ceci retour au vilage et fin de journee bien fatiguer lol.
